Overview
tryscript.app (“we”, “us”) provides tools to generate and manage scripts and related content. This policy describes the kinds of information we may process when you use a tryscript.app deployment and how we typically use it. The operator responsible for your data is whoever hosts that deployment (for example you, or an organization you contract with).
Information we collect
- Account data: such as email, display name, and authentication identifiers when you register or sign in (including via OAuth where enabled).
- Usage and content: topics, scripts, task metadata, channel identifiers you connect, and technical logs needed to run and secure the service.
- Billing: when purchases are enabled, payment-related identifiers are processed by the payment provider (for example PayPal); we typically receive confirmation of payment and credits applied, not full card details on our servers.
How we use information
We use the above to provide the product (generate scripts, store tasks, manage credits), to secure accounts, to troubleshoot and improve the service, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share data with subprocessors as needed to run the service: for example hosting, email, analytics where configured, payment processors, and AI providers you enable via API keys. Those parties process data under their terms and, where required, data processing agreements.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and local storage as needed for sessions, preferences, and security (for example keeping you signed in). You can control cookies through your browser; disabling them may limit some features.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed for backups, disputes, and legal requirements. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures; no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure.
Your choices
Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us at [email protected] to make a request. You may also use account settings where available.
Children
The service is not directed at children under 13 (or the age required in your country).
Changes
We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date will change. Material changes may be announced in the product or by email where appropriate.
